ON MAY 5TH THE WHOLE WORLD WILL BE WATCHING It's the fight everyone is talking about. On May 5th the whole world will be watching. De La Hoya -- Mayweather: The World Awaits. It will be an unprecedented super fight between two boxing superstars and former Olympians, an event poised to shatter records. Golden Boy Promotions announces, The World Awaits--six-division world champion Oscar De La Hoya versus unbeaten, four-division world champion Floyd Mayweather--for the junior middleweight championship. The anticipated match-up will take place Saturday, May 5 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas and will be broadcast live on HBO Pay-Per-View.  June 22 UFC 61With three shows in a two week period, mixed martial arts fans have plenty to cheer about when it comes to the upcoming action in the Octagon. First up is Saturday’s finale of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’, which is followed by the ‘Ultimate Fight Night’ and UFC 61 cards on June 28 and July 8. Remaining bouts for the latter two cards have just been announced. Added to June 28th’s ‘Ultimate Fight Night’ card at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada is a light heavyweight bout with TUF2 veteran Rob MacDonald facing TUF 3 cast member Kristian Rothaermel, and a middleweight matchup between Justin Levens and Jorge Santiago. Lightweight and welterweight standouts will help round out the bill on July 8th’s UFC 61 card at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, with Drew Fickett taking on Kurt Pellegrino in a 170-pound bout, and Hermes Franca battling Roger Huerta in a 155-pound scrap.

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 28, 2006) - One of the most popular boxers in history, "The Golden Boy" Oscar De La Hoya, will return to the ring to challenge dangerous World Boxing Council super welterweight champion Ricardo "El Matador" Mayorga on Saturday, May 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The fight appropriately titled "Danger Zone", will be promoted by Golden Boy Promotions in association with Don King Productions and will be broadcast live on HBO Pay-Per-View.

"This is as exciting an event as you can get in boxing," said Kathy Duva, CEO of Main Events. "Not only do you have two of the sport's biggest names, but you have quite a 'Round Robin' circle. Mosley defeated De La Hoya and De La Hoya beat Vargas, while Vargas beat Wright and Wright defeated Mosley. This is an intriguing, evenly-matched showdown."

 August 30 Movie Night August 30thSAHARAThis movie was really good. I kind of was expecting a National Treasure knock off, but was suprised.
There are some good explosions and Boat chasing scene's but the soundtrack is pretty much front ended. It just says widescreen format on the cover but its actually 2.35:1.
 August 28 Movie Night Aug 27thTHE MACHINISTWell last night my sister came over and brought this movie for us to watch. It was kind of long and it took awhile for us to start to figure out what the heck was going on. It kind of had us thinking it was mocking Fight Club but ended up turning out a little different than we expected.
